Jim Ovia Stages Jaw-Dropping Wedding for Daughter…Spends Billions on Destination Wedding

It is among the dreams of many parents to see their children grow up to one day want to start a family of their own.

When that dream starts on a good note, particularly in a grand and jaw-dropping wedding such as that of Jim Ovia’s daughter, it is yet another important milestone.

The wedding that was held in Morocco has been on the lips of those who followed it and it is a sign that this was a wedding that will be remembered for a very long time.

The city of Marrakesh was agog with colorful dresses when Bienose Tito Ovia made a solemn vow to her husband Ugochukwu Emmanuel Chukwu on the 25th of September to tie the knot of their marital bond. Both parents were present to mark such an important day in their children’s lives.

Bienose Tito Ovia is the daughter of the great banker Jim Ovia, chairman of Zenith Bank.

Her husband Emmanuel Chukwu is the son of another well known politician Chief Tony Chukwu.

The marvelous and picturesque ceremony had in attendance many powerful names such as Aliko Dangote, the richest man in Africa.

Dangote had shared both working and professional relationship with the father of the bride.

Sharing a similar entrepreneurial spirit like her father, Tito Ovia is the co-founder of Helium Health. A flourishing enterprise that is focused on improving technology-driven healthcare in Africa. She was instrumental in partnering her team with the Akwa Ibom State Government in Nigeria to digitize state-owned hospital processes.

A graduate of University of Manchester, Tito had a stint at Lagos State AIDS Control Agency (LSACA) as assistant project manager. At LSACA, she worked with private and public sector stakeholders to forestall the outspread of HIV/AIDS within the state.

The groom is reportedly a successful entrepreneur who loves to keep a low profile. The father of the groom holds a chieftaincy title in Akwa Ibom state. Chief Tony Chukwu is the Onwegi Ihe Kariri Chineke 1 of Mbano.

The bride’s father who championed the rise of Zenith Bank, one of the top banks in Nigeria, had earlier hosted dignitaries at Victoria Island in June for the traditional wedding.
